Please note that LAVIO is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by courier services, particularly during busy or high-demand periods. The delivery times we provide are carefully estimated based on standard courier performance; however, occasional delays may occur. Items purchased as pre-orders will have their own estimated shipping timelines clearly indicated at checkout.

All LAVIO parcels are shipped with 'Authority to Leave,' meaning they will be delivered directly to your specified address without requiring a signature. The courier will determine a safe location to leave your parcel and will record proof of delivery. As such, LAVIO cannot be held liable for any parcels that become lost, misplaced, or stolen after delivery. Refunds or replacements will not be available in these instances.

Additionally, LAVIO is not liable for parcels that cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or non-deliverable addresses provided by the customer. Any parcels returned to us for these reasons may incur additional shipping charges for re-delivery. Order cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed; once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
